At Tregenna Group, our purpose goes far beyond just building houses. We are a forward-thinking, Somerset based development company, with the primary goal of creating homes we are proud of, for communities that we love – it’s more than a tagline, it’s our ethos. We believe in the future with flexible lifestyles and developments that complement the environment.
We pride ourselves in carefully selecting 2-3 residential sites a year and developing them applying the highest standards we’ve become known for. The quality and finish of our homes have been recognised by a variety of prestigious local and regional awards with every site to date having been nominated for going beyond the norm for their design, quality and delivery.

Our story
Tregenna Group, then known as Tregenna Properties, was established in 2017, when we decided to combine our varied skills, passion for quality and desire to create something special.
Our first residential development project in Bishops Lydeard, Taunton, contained 3 executive homes and set a blueprint for our future projects. Our continued success helped us grow into a trail-blazing Tregenna Group, diversifying its core passion of creating homes we are proud of with land and planning projects within the South West, with Taunton and West Somerset areas always holding a special place in our hearts.
Our Team
We are proud of our forward thinking, multi-faceted team who are collectively driven by our company values. We have extensive experience across a variety of different industries, including construction, IT, business consultancy and manufacturing to name a few, but most importantly we share a passion for all things homes. Our core team is continuously supported by external consultants, remote team members and other professionals from the industry.
Our ambitious team is on a continued lookout for exceptional skills and passion for one’s work. Over the last few years, we’ve been joined by a multitude of professionals who’ve been instrumental in our continued success.
